1. What we collect
If you use the free quote form, the website asks for your name, business name, WhatsApp/phone number, website type, budget, and project details. We do not intentionally request identity documents, passwords, payment-card numbers, biometric data, or other unnecessary sensitive information through this form.
2. Why we use it
We use quote information to respond to your request, understand the requested website project, prepare a starting quote, communicate about the project, and provide requested services.
3. WhatsApp and other third parties
When you submit the quote form, your browser prepares a WhatsApp message containing the information you entered and opens WhatsApp. The message is not silently transmitted to a WebCraft KZ server by this website. WhatsApp is a third-party service and its own privacy policy and terms govern its handling of messages on its systems. Email and Instagram are also third-party communication channels when you choose to use them.
4. Consent
The quote form requires you to acknowledge these Terms and this Privacy Policy before it opens the WhatsApp message. The message includes a consent version and UTC timestamp. Because the website has no backend database, WebCraft KZ does not claim that the browser itself is a complete legal consent-record system; the submitted WhatsApp conversation becomes the practical record when the user actually sends it.
5. Retention and deletion
We aim to keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to complete a project, resolve disputes, meet legal/accounting obligations, or protect legitimate rights. If you want a copy, correction, or deletion of information held by WebCraft KZ, email the privacy contact below. Third-party providers may retain information under their own policies.
6. Security
The website avoids collecting unnecessary sensitive information and does not store passwords or payment-card details. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not send sensitive credentials or identity documents through the quote form.
7. Cookies and analytics
The current website package does not intentionally use non-essential analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or tracking cookies. If those technologies are added later, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated before deployment.
8. Children and minors
The website is a business-service site and is not designed to collect children's data. Users should not submit unnecessary information about minors. If a project involves a minor's personal data, additional safeguards and legal review may be required.
9. Your rights
