Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective / last updated: September 26, 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Quotes are not final contracts
The free quote form is an initial project request. A final scope, price, timeline, payment schedule, revisions, hosting/domain arrangements, and deliverables should be agreed with the client before paid work begins.
2. Payment structure
The standard project payment is 50% before work starts and 50% after the agreed website is completed and approved, unless the project agreement states otherwise.
3. Cancellation before work starts
If the client cancels before paid work has started, the deposit may be refunded according to the project agreement and applicable mandatory consumer rights. Non-refundable third-party costs, such as a domain or hosting purchase already made for the client, may be excluded where legally permitted.
4. Work already started
If a client cancels after work has started, amounts already earned for completed work, third-party costs, or other agreed non-refundable costs may be retained only to the extent permitted by the project agreement and applicable law.
5. Changes and delays
Client-requested changes outside the agreed scope may affect price and delivery time. Delays caused by missing content, feedback, approvals, domain access, or third-party services may also change the schedule.
6. Third-party services
Domain names, hosting, payment providers, plugins, stock assets, and other third-party services may have separate fees and refund rules. Their policies apply to those services.
7. Revisions and consumer rights
The first two client-requested revisions are included in the agreed website scope. Additional revisions or out-of-scope changes may be charged separately. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or reduce rights that cannot legally be excluded under Kazakhstan law or another mandatory law that applies to the transaction.
8. Contact
Refund and cancellation questions can be sent to [email protected] or through the contact methods shown on the website.
