1. Eligibility and contracting
You may request a quote through this website. A quote request is not by itself acceptance of a paid contract. The parties should confirm the scope, price, payment schedule, delivery date, revisions, ownership/licensing, hosting/domain arrangements, and any other important terms before paid work begins. If the person operating WebCraft KZ is a minor or otherwise legally limited in contracting capacity, the appropriate parent/guardian or other legally authorized representative should be involved where required.
2. Services
WebCraft KZ provides website design and development services described on the site or in the project agreement. Features, integrations, hosting, domains, maintenance, SEO, and third-party services are included only when the project agreement says they are included.
3. Quotes and pricing
Website package prices shown on the site are starting ranges. A final quote may differ based on pages, content, design, integrations, e-commerce requirements, third-party costs, revisions, and other scope. Taxes or mandatory charges, if applicable, should be addressed in the project agreement.
4. Payment
The current website does not process card payments directly. Payment instructions, deposits, balances, invoices/receipts, currency, and any payment-provider fees should be agreed before work begins. No payment-card information should be sent through the quote form.
5. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate content, timely feedback, required access, and materials they have permission to use. The client is responsible for claims and legal compliance of their own business, products, services, advertising, and content.
6. Intellectual property
Client-supplied materials remain the client's responsibility. Ownership or licensing of custom designs, code, templates, stock assets, fonts, plugins, and other materials should be stated in the project agreement. Third-party licences continue to apply.
7. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, Cloudflare, website builders, plugins, payment providers, WhatsApp, Instagram, fonts, maps, and other external services may be used. WebCraft KZ cannot control third-party outages, policy changes, price changes, or account restrictions.
8. Revisions and delivery
Included revisions and delivery timing depend on the agreed scope. Delays caused by missing content, feedback, approvals, access, or third-party services may affect the schedule. Out-of-scope changes may require a new quote.
9. Acceptable use
Clients may not request websites or content intended to facilitate fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, infringement, malware, harassment, or other unlawful conduct. WebCraft KZ may decline a request that presents significant legal or security risk.
10. Availability and results
We aim to deliver functional websites as agreed, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms, search rankings, traffic, sales, leads, or any specific business outcome.
11. Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation terms are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific project agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Disputes and governing law
For a Kazakhstan-based project, the parties should normally identify the applicable law and dispute process in the project agreement after considering the actual business structure and customer location. This website does not attempt to exclude mandatory laws of another jurisdiction that legally applies.
13. Changes and electronic acceptance
These website terms may be updated. The quote form asks the user to actively acknowledge the current Terms and Privacy Policy. A paid project should contain the terms applicable to that project.
